What does Buyer Protection cover?
Buyer Protection is a service provided by Seel (a 17TRACK partner). It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items that meet the following criteria.
*Delay: Domestic packages not delivered before the 10th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) or international packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delayed. The compensation for delayed packages is $5 USD. (If the order is not transacted in USD, compensation will be made in the currency of the transaction. For example, if an order in euros is delayed, the compensation is €5.)
*Loss: Domestic packages not delivered 30 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered lost. (60 days for international packages.) Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value paid.
*Damage: Buyer Protection covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. The compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).
*Buyer Protection also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.
*Note: Total compensation for one cover is up to the value actually paid for the item(s).

The XeRun XR14 is Hobbywing's dedicated sensored brushless ESC for 1/14 scale RC racing. Two preset profiles — On-Road and Off-Road — mean you're dialed in from the moment you plug in. With 70A continuous output, a full-metal heat sink, switchable BEC voltage, and 26 adjustable parameters, the XR14 gives serious racers the control they need without the complexity they don't.

Important: Reverse polarity protection of the entire power system requires the optional non-polarity capacitor (sold separately). The standard capacitor does not provide full reverse polarity protection — reverse battery connection will damage the capacitor and it must be replaced immediately.
The XeRun XR14 is Hobbywing's purpose-built sensored brushless ESC for 1/14 scale RC racing — compact, powerful, and ready to race with dual preset application modes straight out of the box.
The XR14 features a compact fan-cooled case with clearly laid-out terminals for clean, reliable wiring — making installation straightforward in tight 1/14 scale chassis.
The full-metal heat sink top efficiently dissipates heat during intensive race sessions, keeping the XR14 running at stable operating temperatures with 70A maximum continuous output current.
The XR14 includes a built-in reverse polarity protection circuit to help reduce damage from incorrect battery connections. Note: full system protection requires the optional non-polarity capacitor (sold separately).
The built-in switch mode BEC delivers switchable 6V/7.4V output at 4A continuous and 8A peak — providing ample, stable power for high-torque, high-voltage servos in demanding 1/14 racing setups.
Built-in data logging works with the HW Link mobile app and an optional OTA Bluetooth module to monitor throttle position, voltage, current, temperature, and RPM in real time, with post-race historical data analysis. Bluetooth effective range is approximately 5 meters.
The XR14 supports 26 adjustable parameters via the HW Link mobile app, including PWM drive frequency, softening, initial throttle force, and Boost/Turbo timing — giving you precise control over power delivery for any track condition.
Two pre-set application modes — 1/14 On-Road and 1/14 Off-Road — are built in from the factory. The XR14 is ready to race straight out of the box with optimized power delivery for each racing format.
While optimized for 1/14 Blinky and Boost racing, the XR14 is also compatible with 1/10 Blinky competitions — offering flexibility across different racing formats and vehicle classes.
