Shipping Policy
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another email after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel.
SHIPPING TIME:
The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it (within 48 hours).
Shipping Time = the time between when your order has been shipped and when it is delivered to you.
PROCESSING TIME:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse, including quality checks and packing. Processing time is within 48 hours.
What shipment methods do you offer, and how long does delivery take?
Most standard shipments are sent via USPS. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Normally the delivery time is around 7–12 business days (may vary during public holidays or busy seasons like Black Friday and Christmas).

TRACKING INFORMATION:
After the order is shipped, for logistical reasons, even if you specify combined transportation, the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
