You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time and fees required to receive your order are as follows:

SHIPPING TIME:
*The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

*Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

*Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

*The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

PROCESSING TIME:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. (The Processing Time is 48 hours)


What shipment methods do you offer, and how long does the delivery take?

Most standard shipments are sent via USPS. The specific service and carrier depend on the size and weight of your package. All orders will be shipped within 48h, normally the delivery time is around 7-14 business days. (It may vary during public holidays or busy season like Black Friday and Christmas.).

CUSTOMS:
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
After the order is shipped, for logistical reasons, even if you specify combined transportation, the same purchase may be sent in a separate package.
