Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. Contact us at service@funyat.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! FUNYAT ships worldwide. Standard free shipping takes 7–12 business days for orders under 8kg, and 15–25 business days for heavier items like 1/5 scale gas RC cars and large crawlers. Fast shipping (5–10 business days) is also available for an additional fee.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders including RC cars, drones, helicopters, and accessories. Fast shipping starts from $19.99 depending on package weight. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have a flat $29.99 shipping fee. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time.

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Are your RC models ready to run (RTR)?

Most products are Ready-To-Run (RTR) and come fully assembled with everything needed to start driving or flying right away — including RC rock crawlers, electric RC trucks, GPS drones, and RC helicopters. Some kits require assembly, which is clearly noted in the product description.

Which RC model is best for beginners?

We recommend starting with an entry-level electric RC crawler or brushed RC truck. These are durable, easy to control, and forgiving for new hobbyists. For drones, a GPS drone with altitude hold is ideal for beginners. Check our Beginner Collection for curated recommendations.

What batteries do your RC vehicles use?

Most electric RC cars, crawlers, and trucks use LiPo (Lithium Polymer) batteries, typically 7.4V (2S) or 11.1V (3S). RC helicopters and drones use their own specific battery packs. All battery specifications are listed in each product description. We also carry replacement LiPo batteries and balance chargers in our Accessories section.

Do you sell spare parts and accessories?

Yes! We carry a wide range of spare parts, LiPo batteries, balance chargers, 2.4G radio transmitters, ELRS receivers, and upgrade components for RC cars, crawlers, helicopters, and drones. Visit our Accessories Collection to browse available parts.

What is the difference between brushed and brushless motors?

Brushless motors are more powerful, efficient, and durable than brushed motors. They deliver higher top speeds and longer lifespan, making them ideal for intermediate to advanced hobbyists who want serious performance from their 4WD RC cars, crawlers, or FPV drones. Brushed motors are simpler and more affordable, great for beginners.

What is the difference between GPS and non-GPS drones?

GPS drones offer features like position hold, return-to-home, follow-me mode, and waypoint flying — making them much easier and safer to fly. Non-GPS drones rely on optical flow or manual control and are typically more affordable. For aerial photography, we recommend a 4K GPS drone with 3-axis gimbal for the best results.

What scale are your RC rock crawlers?

We carry RC rock crawlers in 1/5 scale, 1/8 scale, and 1/10 scale. Popular brands include CROSSRC, Traction Hobby, and YIKONG. Most feature 4WD or 6WD drive systems, metal chassis, and oil-filled shocks for serious off-road performance. Browse our full RC Rock Crawlers collection.

Where can I find RC helicopters?

📦 Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging. Contact service@funyat.com with your order number to initiate a return. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if I receive a defective product?

Email us at service@funyat.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, including replacement parts or a full replacement unit if needed.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately when you place your order, not at the time of dispatch.
