What does Buyer Protection cover?
Buyer Protection is a service provided by Seel (a 17TRACK partner). It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items that meet the following criteria.
*Delay: Domestic packages not delivered before the 10th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) or international packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delayed. The compensation for delayed packages is $5 USD. (If the order is not transacted in USD, compensation will be made in the currency of the transaction. For example, if an order in euros is delayed, the compensation is €5.)
*Loss: Domestic packages not delivered 30 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered lost. (60 days for international packages.) Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value paid.
*Damage: Buyer Protection covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. The compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).
*Buyer Protection also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.

The CROSSRC HC6 prototype is likewise based on the American Dodge military truck M35 series, incorporating stylistic modifications and fully converted to a 6x6 configuration. Its origins date back to the 1940s. In the 1970s, its engine system was further upgraded, and its upgraded variant, the M35A2, remains in service to this day.
The CROSSRC HC6 utilizes a true truck-style body-on-frame ladder chassis structure. Its side rails are constructed from 2mm-thick C-channel aluminum alloy. Together with the seven sets of crossmembers in between, they form the HC6’s rugged frame assembly.
CROSSRC HC6 front suspension system consists of reinforced leaf springs with integrated shock absorbers, while the rear suspension utilizes a balanced suspension system specifically designed for dual rear-axle vehicles. This gives the HC6 exceptional load-bearing capacity, while allowing users to experience the graceful posture and outstanding off-road capability delivered by its excellent flexibility and articulation.
CROSSRC HC6 power system comes standard with a 45T high-torque motor, upgraded to an all-metal-gear two-speed transmission and an all-metal transfer case. The overall gear reduction ratios reach 1:63.7 (low gear) and 1:27.7 (high gear). The HC6 uses an all-metal drivetrain, with all three axles equipped with the new CROSSRC G4 axles as standard. Power is distributed to the front, center, and rear axles via three steel CVD drive shafts. Paired with CROSSRC's newly developed high-performance rock tires and all-metal wheels, it delivers both aesthetics and performance.
CROSSRC has specially developed a variety of highly realistic accessories for the HC6. These include a new external exhaust pipe with a metal mesh guard and an externally mounted air filter secured with metal hose clamps—both exceptionally realistic—as well as a spare tire mounting device identical to that on the actual vehicle, along with multiple other scale details on the body.
CROSSRC HC6 front bumper is made from thick stamped metal. Beyond its realistic appearance, it also provides effective protection. The vehicle comes equipped with scale accessories including metal D-rings, a simulated winch, and metal chains, delivering a fully rugged style.
CROSSRC HC6 battery can be neatly concealed inside the simulated wooden crate behind the cargo bed. Using the included power extension cable, power is routed to the electronics box in the front of the vehicle to supply the system. The HC6's battery compartment is compatible with most standard 2S battery packs available on the market.
CROSSRC HC6 simulated fuel tanks on both sides are mounted with metal brackets. Next to them is a running board with an integrated tool box, identical to that on a real vehicle. Metal anti-collision guards and a tow hook are installed at the end of the frame rails. The taillights are equipped with protective covers, balancing realism and functionality. The tailgate of the cargo bed can also be opened and lowered, further enhancing the overall scale realism.
The CROSSRC HC6 comes standard with a full-vehicle LED lighting system and lighting controller. The headlights can be switched on/off independently, and the front-mounted spotlights are equipped with highly realistic and finely detailed metal protective frames. The rear taillights are linked to the throttle, simulating the effects of brake lights and running lights.
