CROSSRC EMO X2 4WD RC Car User Manual

1. CROSSRC EMO X2 adopts a low center of gravity layout, with a front-to-rear weight ratio of 52:48, allowing for easy and precise control during traversing, crawling, and jumping.
2. The customized Hobbywing 880 ESC supports 4S input and provides 7.4V high-voltage BEC output, making it convenient for players to upgrade to higher-level steering servos in the future.
3. CROSSRC EMO X2 differential lock and gearbox shifting mechanism utilize CROSSRC's independently developed full-travel control servo protection system. It eliminates the need for servo adjustment when upgrading servos or remote controllers, ensuring that the servos remain undamaged.
4. CROSSRC EMO X2 vehicle's gears are manufactured using high-quality powder injection technology and high-strength alloy steel integrated molding process. This enhances gear engagement lubrication, effectively reduces noise generation inside the gearbox, and ensures smooth and unobstructed power transmission throughout the vehicle, aided by high-precision ABEC3 bearings.
5. CROSSRC EMO X2 gearbox features a two-speed reverse transmission design, meeting the requirements for most off-road terrains. The first gear reduction adopts silent large gears and is equipped with a CNC limited slip mechanism, effectively protecting the entire drivetrain system.
6. CROSSRC EMO X2 utilizes a high-strength axle assembly, with precise calculations and alignment of the vehicle's links, drivetrain, and suspension. This results in highly responsive and virtually axle-effect-free handling. Additionally, CROSSRC EMO X2 incorporates a lateral anti-roll bar for the front axle and a balanced link for the rear axle, providing excellent lateral support during high-speed maneuvers and effectively reducing unnecessary weight transfer.
7. The high-strength axle assembly is reinforced with three-dimensional embedding and axial screws, ensuring extreme stress points are toughened and thickened to meet the strength requirements of high-power brushless systems.
8. CROSSRC EMO X2 links and rod end links adopt an M4 embedded design, with a maximum diameter of 7mm. They are precision machined from stainless steel, providing both wear resistance and a lower center of gravity, while also being aesthetically pleasing and practical.
9. CROSSRC EMO X2 rear axle balance link, a unique standard feature by CROSSRC, is designed to absorb and distribute the lateral impact force experienced by the rear axle rod end link, effectively protecting the suspension linkage mechanism. Through axial rotation, it ensures that the rear axle remains unaffected by twisting. Furthermore, compared to a single-side anti-roll bar, it prevents the phenomenon of rear axle offset.
10. The CROSSRC EMO X2 now features a new integrated lighting system, including synchronized left and right turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights. It comes with hazard flash and strobe modes and also provides an upgraded interface for off-road auxiliary lights.
11. Considering the convenience of the vehicle's appearance and shell removal, the CROSSRC EMO X2 incorporates a new quick-release hidden shell lock, which is simple, reliable, and does not affect the overall appearance.
12. CROSSRC EMO X2 features the all-new COUGAR all-terrain climbing tire, independently designed by CROSSRC. The new tire offers superior performance and durability.
13. Off-road and climbing environments present the most significant challenges to the suspension system. Starting from the CROSSRC EMO X2, the shock absorber's core shaft is treated with vacuum plating, effectively improving the smoothness and sealing performance of the shock absorber, while enhancing its adaptability to complex environments.
14. Collisions are inevitable during high-speed traversing. To minimize damage to surrounding components, the CROSSRC EMO X2 incorporates special ultra-fiber materials, ensuring that bumper parts and other cushioning components at the front, rear, and sides maintain high toughness and are less prone to damage, all while preserving the vehicle's appearance.

CROSSRC Release 1/8 EMO X2

After CROSSRC released its first 1/8 true climbing car, the CROSSRC EM0 X Big Rhino, in October 2022, it was loved by players worldwide for its outstanding performance and wild appearance, and has been selling well in multiple countries around the world. It has been six months since the release of EM0 X Rhino, and it has gradually emerged in domestic and international club competitions, achieving impressive results.Taking into account the suggestions of players from various countries, CROSSRC will launch another tough time travel style CROSSRC EMO X2 Lion in June.CROSSRC EMO X2 adheres to a low center of gravity layout, with a factory front to rear weight ratio of 52:48. It can easily and accurately control traversal, ash pulling, and jumping. Climbing oriented players can choose to install third-party front counterweight upgrades (common with EMOX Rhinos), which can be changed to a golden ratio of 60:40 for climbing vehicles. The CROSSRC EMO X2 is equipped with three medium-sized servo motors with a high voltage of 7.4V, and one standard servo motor is used for steering and differential gear shifting control. Players can directly upgrade most of the high-pressure steering servo motors on the market without the need to replace the electronic tuning. The differential and shift servos operate at full stroke, and there is no need to repeat the tedious servo stroke adjustment when upgrading the remote control in the later stage. The power system adopts a hobbywing 880 electric regulator+560 25T high-power motor, which is compatible with 4S batteries and provides very powerful input power.

The customized version of hobbywing 880 electric tuning supports 4S input and 7.4V high-voltage BEC output, making it convenient for players to upgrade to more advanced steering servos in the future. The gears of the entire vehicle are combined with high-quality powder injection technology and high-strength alloy steel integrated molding technology, which increases the lubrication of gear engagement and effectively reduces the generation of noise in the gearbox. Combined with high-precision ABEC3 bearings, the transmission of the entire vehicle is smooth and unobstructed.CROSSRC EMO X2 2-speed reverse transmission design of the gearbox meets the needs of most off-road terrain types. The first level deceleration adopts silent large teeth and is equipped with CNC slip limiting mechanism, effectively protecting the entire vehicle transmission system. The current gameplay of simulated climbing vehicles has surpassed simple climbing, while also taking into account highly maneuverable actions such as crossing and climbing, as well as the strength of the vehicle bridge. The CROSSRC EMO X2 adopts a high-strength door bridge assembly (the material has passed the Harbin minus 30 degree low temperature test without damage), and through the precise geometric calculation of the entire vehicle's pull rod transmission and shock absorption, the overall handling of the vehicle is very easy and the axle effect is basically not visible. At the same time, the CROSSRC EMO X2 features a front axle lateral thrust bar and a rear axle balance link, providing excellent lateral support during high-speed handling and effectively reducing unnecessary center of gravity

The high-strength door bridge is combined with three-dimensional inlay and axial screws to increase toughness and thickness at extreme stress points, meeting the strength requirements of high-power brushless systems. As the second model of the EM0 1/8 chassis, the EM0 X2 evolved from the EM0 X with a number of core upgrades.
CROSSRC EMO X2 new linkage lighting system, left and right, brake and reverse linkage, with double flash and flash mode, while reserve off-road auxiliary light upgrade interface, so that the car more emotional simulation, but also convenient for personalized players upgrade in the future.(The top off-road auxiliary light is an independently developed upgraded part with a high-power drive module, not a standard original equipment)
Considering the convenience of appearance and disassembly of the car shell, the new design of CROSSRC EMO X2 features a quick release hidden car shell lock, which is simple, reliable, and does not affect the appearance.Collisions are inevitable during high-speed travel.
